This Disclaimer explains the limits of UAE VERO's services and the responsibilities of users, candidates and third parties who use this website or communicate with UAE VERO.

UAE VERO is operated by Vero Business Services LLC, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

1. General information only

Information provided on the UAE VERO website, through forms, email, Messenger, WhatsApp or other communication channels is provided for general informational, administrative and support purposes only.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, tax advice or a guarantee of any particular result.

Users should obtain independent professional advice where their situation requires legal, immigration, financial or other regulated advice.

2. Independent service provider

UAE VERO is an independent private service operated by Vero Business Services LLC.

UAE VERO is not a government authority, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, court, police authority or public body.

UAE VERO does not make decisions on visa approvals, work permits, entry permission, residency, immigration status or employment eligibility.

Only the relevant UAE authorities and duly authorised employers can make those decisions.

3. No guarantee of employment

Candidate registration with UAE VERO does not guarantee:

  • employment;
  • an interview;
  • a job offer;
  • employer interest;
  • placement;
  • a particular salary;
  • a particular location of work;
  • accommodation;
  • transport;
  • travel reimbursement;
  • visa sponsorship;
  • work permit approval.

Registering a candidate profile means only that UAE VERO may review the information provided and may contact the candidate if a potentially suitable opportunity becomes available.

No candidate should resign from existing employment, borrow money, make travel arrangements, pay an agent or relocate based solely on candidate registration or general information provided by UAE VERO.

4. Candidate profiles and employer opportunities

UAE VERO may maintain candidate profiles and review them against potential employer requirements.

Where permitted by applicable law and within the scope of services provided by UAE VERO, UAE VERO may identify or introduce potentially suitable candidates to employers or business contacts.

UAE VERO does not control an employer's hiring decision.

Any final decision regarding selection, interview, employment, salary, benefits, contract terms, work permit, visa or sponsorship remains the responsibility of the relevant employer and, where applicable, the competent UAE authorities.

UAE VERO does not promise that a candidate profile will be sent to an employer or that an employer will respond.

5. No employment relationship with UAE VERO

Submitting a profile, CV, form or enquiry does not create an employment relationship between the candidate and UAE VERO or Vero Business Services LLC.

UAE VERO is not the employer of candidates unless a separate written employment contract expressly states otherwise.

Any employment contract offered by a third-party employer is solely between the employer and the employee.

6. Recruitment and candidate fees

Candidate registration with UAE VERO is free unless a separate optional service is clearly identified and separately purchased.

UAE VERO does not charge a recruitment fee merely for registering a candidate profile or for being considered for an employer opportunity.

Any optional travel, planning, administrative or support service offered by UAE VERO is separate from candidate registration and does not increase, guarantee or purchase a person's chance of employment.

Payment for an optional support service must never be interpreted as payment for a job, interview, employer introduction, visa approval or recruitment outcome.

7. Optional support services

UAE VERO may provide separate support services relating to practical planning, travel preparation, document guidance, accommodation comparison, transport information, arrival planning, job-search preparation or related administrative assistance.

These services are separate from any candidate registration process.

Purchasing a support service does not guarantee employment, an interview, visa approval, entry into the UAE or any other outcome.

Third-party costs such as flights, accommodation, government fees, transport, medical tests, insurance or other external expenses are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Visa and immigration matters

UAE VERO does not guarantee visa approval, immigration clearance, entry permission, residency approval or work permit approval.

Visa, entry, residency and work permit decisions are made only by the competent UAE authorities and, where relevant, authorised employers or sponsors.

Requirements may change without notice and may vary according to nationality, travel history, immigration status, employer, occupation and other factors.

Any visa-related information provided by UAE VERO should be treated as general guidance and should be independently confirmed through official UAE government sources or the relevant authority before money is paid or travel takes place.

9. Working on a visit or tourist visa

A visit or tourist visa does not in itself authorise a person to work in the UAE.

A person may only begin lawful employment after the relevant employer and authorities have completed the required employment and work permit procedures.

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that they do not undertake unauthorised employment.

10. Travel and relocation risks

Anyone travelling to the UAE to look for work does so at their own financial and practical risk.

Candidates should ensure that they have sufficient funds for:

  • flights;
  • accommodation;
  • food;
  • local transport;
  • insurance;
  • visa or entry-related costs where applicable;
  • emergency expenses;
  • return travel if employment is not secured.

UAE VERO does not guarantee that a person will find work during their stay.

Users should not travel without a realistic contingency plan for returning home or remaining financially self-sufficient if no job is found.

11. Employer information and third-party representations

UAE VERO may receive information from employers, agents, candidates or other third parties.

Although UAE VERO may take reasonable steps to review information, UAE VERO cannot guarantee that every statement made by a third party is complete, accurate, current or free from error.

Candidates should independently review any employment offer, contract, salary, benefits, working hours, accommodation arrangement and employer details before accepting employment.

12. Job offers and contracts

A genuine employment relationship should be supported by appropriate employer documentation and, where required, official UAE employment and work permit procedures.

Candidates should not rely solely on screenshots, social-media messages, informal promises, WhatsApp messages or verbal assurances.

UAE VERO recommends that candidates carefully review written employment terms before making financial or travel commitments.

13. Scams, impersonation and unauthorised agents

UAE VERO cannot control third parties who falsely claim to represent UAE VERO.

Users should be cautious of individuals who:

  • promise guaranteed jobs;
  • demand payment in exchange for employment;
  • request payment to personal bank accounts or unofficial channels;
  • request unnecessary passport, banking or sensitive information;
  • pressure candidates to pay immediately;
  • claim that a job or visa is guaranteed.

Official UAE VERO communication should be verified through the contact details shown on uaevero.com.

If in doubt, contact info@uaevero.com before making any payment or sending sensitive documents.

14. No guarantee of third-party services

UAE VERO may provide links, references or information relating to third-party providers, employers, airlines, accommodation providers, government services or other organisations.

UAE VERO does not control independent third parties and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, pricing, service quality, cancellations, losses or decisions.

Users should review the terms and policies of each third party directly.

15. Accuracy and changes in information

UAE VERO aims to provide useful and reasonably current information.

However, laws, immigration rules, employer requirements, prices, government procedures and market conditions can change quickly.

Information on the website or in previous communications may therefore become outdated.

Users should verify important information before acting on it.

16. User responsibility

Users and candidates are responsible for:

  • providing truthful and accurate information;
  • keeping their contact details and CV current;
  • checking employment and visa documents carefully;
  • complying with UAE laws and immigration rules;
  • assessing their own financial ability to travel or relocate;
  • obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate;
  • not making decisions solely on the basis of general website information.

17. No guarantee of results

Examples, explanations, estimated timelines, common procedures or typical outcomes are provided for general guidance only.

Past experiences or typical scenarios do not guarantee the same outcome for another person.

Every candidate, employer, visa case and travel situation may be different.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UAE VERO and Vero Business Services LLC are not responsible for losses arising solely from a user's reliance on general information provided through the website or communication channels where the relevant decision remains under the user's control or is made by an independent third party.

This may include, without limitation, losses associated with unsuccessful job searches, employer decisions, visa refusals, travel changes, accommodation costs, third-party fees, missed opportunities or reliance on information supplied by independent third parties.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Privacy and personal data

Personal information submitted to UAE VERO is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

20. Changes to services

UAE VERO may change, suspend or discontinue a service, feature, registration process or support option where necessary.

UAE VERO may also update service descriptions, eligibility criteria, forms or processes to reflect legal, operational or business requirements.

21. Changes to this Disclaimer

This Disclaimer may be updated when UAE VERO's services, legal requirements or operating processes change.

The latest version will be published on this page with the date of the most recent update.
